Mannheim-based FRIATEC Aktiengesellschaft, in the context of a spin-off, has transferred the business of the Division Rheinhütte Pumpen to RHEINHÜTTE Pumpen GmbH, with retroactive effect from 1 January 2016.
The spin-off took legal effect upon registration in the Commercial Register of FRIATEC Aktiengesellschaft on August 25, 2016. Klaus Wolf and Dr.-Ing. Jürgen Weinerth were appointed as the Directors of RHEINHÜTTE Pumpen GmbH. At the operating level, with the exception of the new contract partner, the business process is not subject to any organisational changes as a result of the spin-off.
The spin-off took place in the context of internal restructuring of the Aliaxis group of companies, of which FRIATEC AG has been a member since 2003. For RHEINHÜTTE Pumpen, this step means more autonomy and shorter decision- making processes. Dr. Jürgen Weinerth is convinced: “As a result of the forward- looking restructuring, RHEINHÜTTE Pumpen GmbH can now address the requirements of its customers and markets in an even more flexible and focused manner”.
RHEINHÜTTE Pumpen GmbH develops application-specific solutions for the safe and efficient handling of difficult media. With more than 20 different pump types, the company offers an extensive product range on the basis of the three material groups Metal, Plastics and Ceramics.
Comprehensive know-how, intensive development work and customer-oriented implementation form the basis for success in national and international markets.
RHEINHÜTTE Pumpen has been a member of the ALIAXIS Group, which has its headquarters in Brussels, Belgium, since 2003. ALIAXIS is a leading global manufacturer and distributor of plastic piping systems for the building trade, industry and utility companies. The Group is represented by approximately 100 companies in 40 countries worldwide.
